The Challenge
A large international company in the leisure and wellness sector with a significant presence in Latin America and a large workforce in Chile identified opportunities to improve the management of subsidies and other state benefits. The company recognised that certain procedures in Chile are complex and that internal teams had limited time to manage these processes in depth.
There was also an opportunity to review previous years and identify subsidies and social security contributions that had not been fully leveraged.
Our Approach

Our team in Chile reviewed historical data to identify unclaimed subsidies and overpaid social security contributions, while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
