The Challenge
A multinational company in the security services sector, with more than 30 years of experience and a presence in multiple countries, including operations in several regions of Chile and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees, sought to optimise its internal processes related to labour cost management and state subsidies. The company identified that managing these processes internally implied a high administrative burden and required highly specialised technical knowledge.
The objective was to reduce this administrative load while ensuring access to all available subsidies and benefits.
