Presentation of the “II Ranking of Companies for Equality”
Fiabilis Consulting Group Spain has been included in the Woman Forward Foundation’s II Ranking of Companies for Equality — a recognition that highlights the 50 Spanish companies most committed to eliminating the gender gap and implementing equality policies.
The Woman Forward Foundation is a non-profit institution that promotes female talent and gender equality. Its research reveals that only a third of CEOs, board members, and senior executives perceive men and women equally in the professional and personal spheres. In addition, only 53% of Spanish companies have an equality plan. To highlight the companies leading in this area, the Foundation has created a Business Equality Index, in which we are included, analyzing: policies such as measures against sexual harassment; work-life balance; the elimination of pay differences; and transparent recruitment processes.
