DCH and Fiabilis Chile join forces as global partners to boost HR

DCH and Fiabilis Chile join forces as Global Partners for the benefit of Human Resources
The strategic alliances that Fiabilis Chile pursues with various associations are aimed at creating new opportunities for companies across diverse industries in the country, providing tools and solutions that enable them to increase the profitability of their businesses and better meet the current challenges of the labor and business environment.
In this context, we are pleased to announce that, as of May 2026, Fiabilis Chile has signed an agreement as a Global Partner with DCH – the International Organization of Human Capital Executives, an alliance that seeks to work jointly to add value to Human Resources teams and executives in both Europe and Latin America.
Through this collaboration, both organizations hope to contribute to the development of HR areas in Chile, especially in the various challenges the sector faces today. “Human Resources has to be on many fronts at the same time: technology, purpose, sustainability, talent attraction and retention, benefits, compensation, employer branding, occupational risk prevention, and even topics that weren’t part of the conversation until recently, such as cybersecurity,” comments Lidise Rivera, Development Director at DCH-Chile.
What is DCH’s focus?
With an international presence and bringing together Human Resources directors from the Americas and Europe, DCH has more than 5,000 members belonging to major companies. In Chile, its representatives come from some of the most prominent organizations in the country and the region—leaders in their respective industries both nationally and across Latin America.
Through gatherings, technical and sector-specific committees, talent development and innovation centers, as well as initiatives such as DCH Research, the organization seeks to create spaces that foster relationships among those responsible for and leading human capital, promoting the exchange of experiences, debate, and the development of high-value professional knowledge.
The alliance between DCH and Fiabilis Chile as global partners
In the face of today’s challenges, Lidise emphasizes that the goal is “to be able to hold all that complexity without losing focus, and to remain an area that not only responds but also anticipates and helps make better decisions.”
Along these lines, this alliance seeks to provide concrete answers to those challenges, especially from the perspective of optimization and the strategic connection between Human Resources and Finance. “Today, these two worlds often work in parallel, and when they don’t speak the same language, important opportunities are lost. That’s where Fiabilis can make a difference: by uniting both perspectives with data, generating a more strategic conversation about the real impact of labor-related decisions,” Lidise explains.
This vision is reinforced by Ignacio Blay, Commercial Director of Fiabilis Chile, who highlights the value Fiabilis can bring to this recent agreement as a Global Partner of DCH in the field of Human Resources in Chile. “Our main contribution to other organizations lies in identifying and unlocking financial resources that many companies are unaware of or lack the internal means to manage. All of this, moreover, while ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the entire development of the project and—no less importantly—driving the improvement of processes within our client companies.”
This is why, through this alliance, the aim is to adopt an approach that transforms Human Resources—moving beyond a sole focus on people management and becoming actively involved in strategic business decisions, using concrete, shared information. And as Lidise stresses, “ultimately, optimization is not the end goal; it is the bridge that makes it possible to align efficiency, strategy, and sustainability within organizations.”
